ACCOUNT SETUP

If you decide that you want some help with the hosting/services sign-up process, I can help! You can set your account up, designate your payment method and I will do the rest! Here is how (pay close attention to the red circles)! 

STEP 1: At the S4NP storefront, click on My Account:

STEP 2: Click on "I need to setup a new account".

STEP 3: Enter your contact information and save the changes.

STEP 4: Return to the My Account area and click on Credit Card & Payment Info.

STEP 5: Click on Update Payment Option (click the box in front of No Payment Option first).

STEP 6: Fill in the Payment Type information and Save Changes.

STEP 7: The next step is to enable the Card on File on feature so that I  may use the payment information for your purchase. Return to the My Account area and click on Account Settings.




STEP 8: Click on Account Security Information.





STEP 9: Enable Card on File by clicking in the box and ensuring that you are using a Strong Pasword. Feel free to click on Password Requirements for help determining the proper password. It is also a good idea to establish a 4-digit Support Password as well. Finish by clicking on Save Changes.

You should be all set! Contact me (call 419-419-4383 - do not email your information) with your account login information and I will complete the ordering and setup process for you. Please know that I will be unable to see your complete Credit Card or Bank information as the account numbers are partially hidden. Once I have your domains,  hosting or other services setup, you are of course are welcome to change your login password.
